What is a Virtual Coach?
In PerfectCoaches, AMI, the virtual coach built into the app, can work in tandem with people serving as a virtual coach. A virtual coach guides and sustains a Socratic dialog with their team of users. Coaches from diverse backgrounds--team leaders, educators, performance managers and others--receive training on the functions of our Coach Portal and techniques for providing effective feedback to help team members master new skills.
