The VARI Group was founded in st. petersburg florida as a consulting company by social psychologist Dr. Douglas Hines, experienced University of Maryland faculty and KPMG partner. Clients have included Enlightened Inc., BookZurman, onramps to careers, the US Department of Agriculture, and the National Transportation Safety Board.
in 2021, partly as a response to the pandemic, we pivoted to the role of a technology startup doing business as (d/b/a) PerfectCoaches, still supported by our team of SMEs and advisors.
